As part of a major workplace consolidation project, eir brought together several Dublin office locations into a single headquarters at Heuston South Quarter (HSQ), creating a modern, flexible workplace designed to foster innovation, enhance employee experience and adapt to the evolving needs of the organisation.

Inside The Project
Furniture And Spaces Delivered With Purpose
OfficeMaster were thrilled to be the chosen vendor for this project and love working with the eir team. We are also proud to say we are their preferred provider of ergonomic product for the workforce, whether they work from home or the office.
The project featured a wide variety of workplace settings designed to support different styles of work. Open-plan office areas were furnished with electric height-adjustable desks and ergonomic task seating, encouraging movement and supporting employee wellbeing throughout the day. A range of meeting rooms and collaboration spaces provided opportunities for both formal and informal interaction, while carefully planned breakout areas offered employees welcoming spaces to connect, recharge and work away from their desks.
Recognising the growing importance of hybrid working, dedicated Zoom rooms were incorporated throughout the office. These enclosed spaces featured acoustic wall treatments, soft lighting and enhanced privacy, creating comfortable environments for video conferencing, virtual collaboration and focused individual work. Additional acoustic solutions were integrated throughout the workplace to support concentration and minimise disruption within the larger open-plan environment.
A particular highlight of the project is the reception area, which incorporates a contemporary hot-desk Wi-Fi bar, providing a flexible touchdown space for visitors, employees and remote workers. The completed headquarters successfully balances openness, collaboration and focused work, creating a workplace that supports the evolving needs of one of Ireland’s most recognisable organisations.
