A successful and enduring partnership with a local client

That original project established a strong foundation for a long-term partnership and OfficeMaster was once again appointed to support a major expansion and reconfiguration of the workplace in 2022. The completed facility spans approximately 56,000 square feet and provides more than 700 workstations alongside a diverse range of collaboration, wellbeing and social spaces.

A key objective of the project was to adapt the workplace to changing post-pandemic working patterns. New collaborative environments and informal breakout areas were introduced throughout the office, creating spaces where employees could meet, share ideas and connect away from their desks. Additional breakout and lounge areas help create comfortable and welcoming environments that support both focused work and informal interaction.

Meeting spaces were designed with modern communication and conferencing requirements in mind. Dedicated Zoom rooms were also incorporated throughout, providing private environments for virtual meetings and focused work. These spaces combine glazed fronts and acoustic doors with wall-mounted acoustic panelling and specialist acoustic lighting solutions, creating comfortable, quiet environments while maintaining a visual connection with the wider office.

One of the most rewarding aspects of the project has been seeing how well the original furniture specification has stood the test of time. Nearly a decade after the first installation, we continue to receive positive feedback on the quality, durability and appearance of the furniture, demonstrating the long-term value of carefully selected commercial workplace solutions.
