The Irish Cattle Breeding Federation (ICBF) is a leading industry organisation dedicated to improving the profitability and sustainability of Irish livestock farming through data, genetics and technology. As part of the development of its new headquarters in Ballincollig, Co. Cork, ICBF sought a furniture partner capable of supporting both its design vision and the practical needs of a growing organisation.

Inside The Project
An adaptable and collaborative workspace for now and the future
Following a series of exploratory meetings and a visit to the OfficeMaster showroom in Cork, ICBF selected OfficeMaster to furnish the new workplace. Working closely with the client’s design team, we helped specify furniture solutions that complemented the extensive bespoke joinery elements incorporated throughout the building. The project included a large open-plan office featuring electric sit-stand desks, enclosed meeting rooms, collaborative breakout areas with surfaces of varying heights, storage solutions and a wide range of supporting furniture. To help employees get the most from their new workspace, OfficeMaster also provided ergonomic workstation assessments and user training, ensuring staff were equipped to work comfortably and effectively from day one.
The relationship has continued beyond the initial fit-out, with OfficeMaster recently supplying additional workstations and ergonomic seating to support business growth, seamlessly matching the original specification through furniture continuity programmes.
