UKG is a leading global provider of workforce management, HR and payroll solutions. As part of the development of its Kilkenny office, UKG required a workspace that would support collaboration, focused work and future growth while making the most of the available space across multiple levels.

A comprehensive fitout after a challenging survey
Working closely with the UKG team, OfficeMaster delivered a comprehensive workplace solution spanning the ground floor, first floor and two mezzanine areas. The project included open-plan workstations, ergonomic seating, privacy screens, acoustic meeting spaces, phone booths and informal breakout areas positioned close to kitchen facilities.
During the discovery stage, a site survey identified spatial challenges that required careful consideration. Through detailed space planning and workplace analysis, we were able to accommodate all required workstations while maintaining compliance with safety regulations, circulation requirements and best-practice workplace design principles.
